Managing Download Packages

Producers who use FlexNet Operations for electronic software delivery can create download packages on the Producer Portal and associate those download packages with products and download files.

FlexNet Electronic Software Delivery also supports the distribution of containerized applications (Docker images and Helm charts). Like file-based installers, containerized applications are distributed using download packages. However, they are stored in a separate registry (either hosted by Revenera or hosted by the software producer). For more information, see Managing Containerized Applications.
