Viewing Download Package Transactions

You can view transactions related to a download package from the download package’s View Download Package page. These transactions appear in a list on the Search Results: Transactions page.

To view transactions related to a download package

On the View Download Package page, click View > View Transactions.

The Producer Portal opens the Search Results: Transactions page. Transactions are ordered by date with the most recent Transaction first. Click on the System Transaction ID to open its View Transaction page.

A transaction is recorded by the Producer Portal as users make changes to the system. Download Package transactions are recorded for changes like adding a download package or associating a download package with a product.
