Viewing Download Package Restrictions

Describes how to view a list of accounts that are permitted to see a download package in the End-User Portal. Restricting download package access to designated accounts is optional. By default, download packages are accessible to all entitled accounts.

To view download package restrictions

On the View Download Package page, click View > View Restrictions.

The Producer Portal opens the View Download Package Restrictions page. Depending on how restrictions were defined, this page either lists the accounts that are permitted or denied access the current download package. (Download package restriction lists can be lists of permitted accounts or denied accounts.)

If no accounts appear in the Download Package Restricted To list, then the download package is accessible by all accounts.
