Searching for a Download Package
Existing download packages can often be most easily located by performing a quick search based on some attribute of the download package you want to see.
Tip:To return a list of all download packages, leave the search criteria blank and click Search. Empty searches match all download packages.
To search for a download package
| 1. | Click Products > Search Download Packages. The Search Download Packages page opens. |
| 2. | Enter your download package search criteria and click Search. The Producer Portal shows a list of the download packages that match your search criteria on the Search Results: Download Packages page. |
From the Search Results: Download Packages page, you can click:
| • | Search Again to run another download package search |
| • | Mass Update to edit the download packages listed on the Search Results: Download Packages page |
| • | Export to export a set of download packages as a Data Import Template file (see Importing and Exporting Entities) |

| 3. | Click the Download Package ID for the download package you want to view. |
The Producer Portal shows the View Download Package page for the download package you selected.
On the View Download Package page, you can perform any of the download package management activities—such as associating the download package to a product or to one or more files—that are permitted by your user account permissions.
