Update Release To

Release To defines the download package that will be delivered for the Update. Only one Release To download package is allowed per platform.

To list Release To download packages

Select the Release To tab of the Update. A grid with the associated download package or packages appears. The grid includes the Download package name, Download package ID, Description, Platform, State and a Delete column. To remove a download package, click the X in the last column. You can search for download packages by Name.

You can sort the list by Download package name or Download package ID.

To add a Release To download package

Click the Add button. A Release To modal window appears. You can search for download packages by Name.

Select a Platform from the drop-down list. Custom platforms can be added from the FlexNet Operations system configuration. See the Updates section for more information.

Use the check box to select the download package.

Repeat with additional platforms as needed.

Click Save in the modal window.

Click Save in the Update page.

Note:When you create a new Update, you must add information to all four tabs before you click the Save button.
