Viewing File Information

Users typically search for a file they want to view and then click that file’s name to open the View File page. The View menu on the View File page includes several commands to get more details about the file, where it is used, how it has been managed, who it has been delivered to, and so on. With the commands in the View menu, you can perform the following tasks.

Viewing Where a File Is Used	Shows how to determine which products a file is associated with.
Viewing File Restrictions	Describes how to view a list of accounts that are permitted or denied access to a file. Restricting file access to designated accounts is optional. By default, files are accessible to all entitled accounts.
Viewing Emails Related to a File	Illustrates how to view email messages related to a file—email messages sent for products to which the current file is associated.
Viewing File Transactions	Shows how to view transactions related to a file.
Viewing File Downloads	Explains how to view download activity for a file.
