Viewing File Downloads

You can view download activity for a file from the file’s View File page.

To view a downloads for a file

On the View File page, click View > View Downloads.

The Producer Portal opens the File Downloads page for the current file. The File Downloads page shows file details and lists the download history for that file. Each entry in the Download History list shows the date of the download, the account and user who downloaded the file, and the user’s email address, as well as the IP address where the file was downloaded, the country where the download request originated, and the download method used.

By default, the File Downloads page shows download activity within the last 180 days.
