Viewing File Transactions

You can view transactions related to a file from the file’s View File page. These transactions, such as adding a file, associating it to a download package, and uploading its file image, appear in a list on the Search Results: Transactions page.

To view transactions related to a file

On the View File page, click View > View File Transactions.

The Producer Portal opens the Search Results: Transactions page. Transactions are ordered by date with the most recent Transaction first. Click on the System Transaction ID to open its View Transaction page.

A transaction is recorded by the Producer Portal as users make changes to the system. File transactions are recorded for changes like adding a file or associating a file with a product.
