Viewing Emails Related to a File

You can view email messages sent for products to which the current file is associated. These messages appear in a list on the Search Results: Email page. The email messages are sorted from newest (most recently sent) to oldest.

To view emails related to a file

On the View File page, click View > View Emails.

The Producer Portal opens the Search Results: Email page. Email messages are shown in order of recency (most recently sent first). Click the System Email ID to show the View Email page for that email message.

If no emails have been sent for products to which the current file is associated, the Producer Portal shows an error message that reports: No email messages found.
