Entitling Customers to Licenses
Entitling a customer to a license is the process of a software producer giving a customer account the right to obtain a license for a product:
• | Identifying the customer account that is entitled to the product licenses |
• | Adding products for which the account is entitled to obtain licenses |
• | Associating an order ID and line item on that order with an entitlement line item (optional) |
• | Specifying values for license model attributes that are set at entitlement time |
