Viewing Fulfillment History

The fulfillment history of an entitlement identified with an activation ID can be displayed when viewing an entitlement order.

To see the fulfillment history of a line item:

1.

Click Entitlements > List Entitlements by Order. This link opens the List Entitlements by Order page.

Locate the entitlement. You can search for entitlements based on specific criteria by

Specifying some particular values in the simple search, like Entitlement ID Starts With

•

Clicking Advanced Search, which lets you specify multiple search attributes.

3.

Click the entitlement ID to open it in the Create an Entitlement page.

4.

Find the entitlement line item whose history you want to view and click its Fulfill History link. A pop-up window is displayed with the fulfillment history.

5.

Click OK to close the pop-up window.
