Merging Entitlements
This capability allows you to reassign entitlements and users to another account. When you merge an entitlement, everything in the entitlement remains the same, except the Sold To value. This is changed to reflect the new account. When you merge users, all users and contacts that are associated with the source account are reassigned to the target account.
Any channel partners that are assigned to an account’s entitlements are included in the merge.
The following selections are defined when merging entitlements from one account to another.
