Browsing Accounts or Sub-accounts
Accounts and sub-accounts are displayed in the Accounts page. Users assigned roles with the View Accounts or View and Manage Accounts permission can browse accounts in the Producer Portal.
You can also view an account hierarchy, viewing the parent account and any sub-accounts associated with it.
The Manage Accounts page shows the following information:

Account ID: Unique identifier of the account |

Account Name: User-friendly name of the account |
|
•
|
Description, City, State, Country: If included in the account settings, these columns are also populated in the Manage Accounts list. |
To browse existing accounts

1.

Click Accounts & Users > All Accountss. The Producer Portal opens the Manage Accounts page. |

Click the tab for the account type of the accounts you want to see. Choose from |
Note:You can also use the search feature to rapidly locate a specific account, especially when there are several pages of accounts to browse.

To view details about any existing account, click its Account ID. |
To view any sub-accounts of an account, click the + icon to expand the tree view in the Manage Accounts list.
