Viewing Entitlements to Activate

The List Entitlements page displays all activatable line items (entitlement line items and Web register keys), in order of modification date, most recently modified first. Line items using trusted license models are marked with an icon that looks like a letter T in a blue square.

By default, the following columns are included.

Column	Description
Type	Identifies the license type—Certificate, Trusted, or Embedded—for the activatable line item.
Activation ID	The unique identifier of the activatable item. An activatable item is either an entitlement line item in a simple entitlement or a Web register key in a bulk entitlement. Activation ID in FlexNet Operations corresponds to entitlement ID in FlexNet Publisher Licensing Toolkit.
Entitlement ID	The identifier of the entitlement that contains the activatable item. Before a Web register key is activated, its entitlement ID identifies its bulk entitlement.
Parent Bulk	After the Web register key is activated, the ID of the bulk entitlement moves to the Parent Bulk column, and the entitlement ID of the simple entitlement created when the Web register key is redeemed replaces it. The ID of the new simple entitlement is web_register_keyENT. (Column is hidden by default.)
Sold to	The Sold to account has the right to receive licenses generated against this entitlement. The account information is presented in the format Account ID (Account Name).
State	Activatable entitlements must be in the Deployed state. Other entitlement states are Test, Draft, Inactive. (Column is hidden by default.)
Product	All products defined for the line item, including version numbers.
Available quantity	Number of activatable copies remaining in the line item: note that this number may be subject to policies.
Total quantity	Total number of activatable copies in the line item.
Expiration	Expiration date or duration of licenses issued from this line item, specified during entitlement creation
Order ID	The entitlement’s order ID.
Maintenance	The entitlement’s maintenance product.

To view all activatable line items, select Entitlement ID, Parent bulk entitlement ID, Activation ID, Product, Part number, Sold-to Account name, or Sold-to Account ID from the Search for drop-down, and click the Simple Search icon. You can also search for entitlement line items based on specific criteria. Line items in this page can be sorted by the following columns: Activation ID, Entitlement ID, Sold to, Available quantity, and Maintenance.

Viewing Activatable Line Items
Action	Description
See the details of an activatable item	To see the details of a line item, click its activation ID.
Activate licenses for an entitlement line item or Web register key	To activate a license, select one or more activation IDs and click Activate or Trusted Activate, depending on the license type. Use Activate for certificate-based and custom activations. Use Trusted Activate for trusted-storage-based activations.
Print an entitlement	To print an entitlement line item, select one or more entitlement line items and click Print.
View an entitlement certificate	To view an entitlement certificate as it would appear when emailed to a customer, select the box next to a line item and click View certificate.
Email an entitlement	To email an entitlement line item, select the box next to it and click Email.
View fulfillment history	To view an entitlement’s fulfillment history, select the box next to it and click Fulfill history. When complete, click OK.
