Emailing an Entitlement Line Item
Use the Email button to send an entitlement to a specified email address or contact in a customer account.
To email an entitlement line item to a customer

Navigate to the List Entitlements page. |

2.

Select the box next to the line item you want to email; click Email. |
|
3.

Enter the email address you want the entitlement sent to. Use the search icon to look for contacts in the customer account. All contacts defined in the channel partners of the entitlement are automatically selected. |

4.
|
Click Send; click Cancel to cancel the operation and return to the List Entitlements page. |
