View Sent Emails

To view an email, click the link in the Subject column of the Sent Email screen. The View Sent Email screen is displayed. Any email created from a template that has the View Email in Sent history unselected does not have a link and cannot be viewed.

Important:If FlexNet Operations is running in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment, FlexNet Operations can only send emails to addresses and domains that have been verified by AWS beforehand. For more information and procedural information, see section Verifying Email Addresses and Domains (AWS Only).

The View Sent Email page lists the From, Reply To, Subject, original Sent date and the Template used to generate the email. In addition it contains the following::


Column	Description
Type	Lists if the recipient was a “To,” “CC,” or “BCC” recipient.
Email	Lists the email of the recipient.
Account	Lists the account of the recipient.
Sent Language	Lists the language selected for the email. English is the default.
Text Content	Lists the content of the email in ASCII text.
HTML Content	Lists the content of the email with any HTML formatting.
