Linking License Models to a Suite
Before a license can be generated for a suite, the suite must be associated with one or more license models. Only license models linked to a suite can be used in entitlements for the suite.
Note:License models linked to products in a suite are ignored when an entitlement is created for the suite.
To associate a suite with a license model

Name of the suite to associate with one or more license models:

If you arrived at this page by clicking through the product packaging wizard, a suite name is loaded automatically into the Suite field. |

Otherwise, click the Search button to open a pop-up window in which you can search for the suite to associate with license models |

Alternatively, type the name of the suite into the Suite field. |

After the suite is selected, click the Link License Models button. |

A pop-up window appears in which you can search for and select one or more of the Available License Models. Note that the list of license models may be large enough to appear on multiple pages in the pop-up window. |

Click the right arrow to move those license models to the Selected License Models list. |

When the Selected License Models list is complete, click the Add button to associate the license models with the suite. |

Continue with the product packaging process by saving the suite with its current settings or moving on to map part numbers. |

Click the Save button to save the association with the suite. |
Note:On the Link License Models to Suite page, click the Reset button to reset the linked license models. To remove the link between selected license models and this suite, select those license models and click the Remove License Models button.
