Customer Growth Dashboard
Health Indicators
Visible from both the FlexNet Operations Home page and the Customer Growth Dashboard page (by going to Accounts & Users > Dashboard), the Health Indicators provide an at-a-glance view of overall health scores. This information is an aggregation of all accounts and displays the number of healthy, warning and at risk items for account health, renewal health, and consumption in a donut chart. 
The overall score for all accounts is represented by the number in the middle of the donut. Hover over the colored sections to find the number of accounts in that category. Click on a donut to be taken to the Account page. The arrows indicate trends, whether the scores are going up or down. In addition, you can display all accounts or only those selected to be on a watchlist.
Accounts
The Customer Growth Dashboard page also displays the overall health score and 30 day trend for all accounts. The list can be filtered to show only those accounts on the watchlist by selecting the Watchlist button.
The Customer Growth Dashboard page also displays a list of alerts, the accounts, and type of alerts. Alerts are only displayed if the watched accounts are selected by clicking the Watchlist button. An alert is generated when either a renewal or consumption score crosses a threshold: Healthy, Warning, or At Risk—in either direction.
The alert shows:

| • | The score when the alert was triggered |
| • | The type of change, i.e. from Warning to At Risk |
Clicking on an alert notice takes you to the Alerts tab for that account and filters the results based the type of alert selected (i.e. Renewal Health or Consumption). See Configuring System Settings for more information on setting Renewal and Consumption Health thresholds.
