Deleting Custom Attributes
Except for download package custom attributes and file custom attributes, most unused custom attributes can be deleted from the Create Custom Attribute page.
Download package-specific and file-specific custom attributes cannot be deleted. Attributes defined on users, accounts, products, entitlements, and line items can be deleted only if they have never been assigned a value on any entity.

To delete a custom attribute
| 1. | In the Producer Portal, click Administer > Custom Attributes to show a list of custom attributes. |
| 2. | On the Custom Attributes page, click the name of the custom attribute you want to delete. The Producer Portal shows the attribute’s Create Custom Attribute page. |
| 3. | On the Create Custom Attribute page, click Delete. The Producer Portal prompts you to confirm the deletion. |
| 4. | Click OK to confirm the deletion of the selected custom attributes. |
The Producer Portal deletes the selected attributes and refreshes the custom attributes list.
