Account Product Health
On the Account <account name> page, click on the Products tab to see the list of products.
The list contains the following information:

Score |
The calculated health score. This number is based on the number of consumed versus total available consumable features and/or licenses for that product. The number is then assigned a status of healthy, warning, or at risk, depending on the threshold set in the system configuration. See the Customer Growth settings under Configuring System Settings. |

Consumed quantity |
The total number of licenses and/or features that have been consumed. If feature consumption exists, this number is displayed as a link. Consumed products include

Total quantity |
The sum of all possible features or licenses plus all possible quantities not mapped to a server. |
||||||||||||
Product name |
The name of the product. |
||||||||||||
Description |
A description of the product. |
Note:The list can be sorted by Score, Consumed quantity, Total quantity, and Product name.
To filter the products list
1. | On the Products tab, hover the cursor over the filter icon to display the filter selection list. By default, the Products tab is set to display the product health score with all statuses, At risk, Warning, or Healthy. |
2. | To change the default filter setting, unselect one or more of the conditions. If all the condition boxes are unselected, a warning appears to remind you that at least one of the score filters must be selected. |
3. | Click Apply to filter the products according to your selections. |
The number in the red bubble indicates how many filters are active.
You can also search a filtered product list. Use the drop-down list to target your search to a product’s Product Name or Description.
To view Feature Consumption
• | Click on the Consumed quantity value to open the Feature Consumption window. |
The Feature Consumption window displays the consumption of features attached to any given product, if there are any. Any feature with an embedded license model, and mapped to a license server, is included in the consumption numbers.
Note:The list can be sorted by Score, Consumed quantity, Total quantity, or Feature name.
To filter the feature consumption list
1. | On the Feature Consumption window, hover the cursor over the filter icon to display the filter selection list. By default, the Feature Consumption window is set to display the feature health score with all conditions, At risk, Warning, or Healthy. |
