Browsing Roles

Roles for FlexNet Operations are displayed in the Roles page. Users assigned a role with the View Roles or View and Manage Roles permission can view a summary of roles.

To view a summary of existing roles

1.

Click Accounts & Users > All Roles.

2.

In the Roles page, you can view the following information:

•

Role Name: Name of the role.

•

Status: Whether the role is active or inactive and whether it is a system-defined role.

•

Mapped Users: Shows links to users who are assigned to this role.
