If You Forget Your FlexNet Password
If you forget your password in the future and have specified a secret question and its answer, you can have your password sent to you by email.
To have your FlexNet Operations password sent to you by email
| 1. | On the FlexNet Operations login page, click Forgot your password? |
| 2. | On the Password Reset page, enter your FlexNet Operations user ID and click Continue. |
If FlexNet Operations recognizes your account, it displays your secret question and prompts you to enter the answer you specified when the account was created. This is required.
| 3. | Enter the answer to your secret question and click Continue. |
If you correctly answer the security question, FlexNet Operations sends an email containing a system-generated password to your email address. When you log in with that password, FlexNet Operations prompts you to change your password.
Note:If you did not specify a secret question and answer, you must contact the FlexNet Operations administrator to have a new password sent to you.
