What is a Fulfillment?
A fulfillment is a transaction against an entitlement line item in which some portion of the entitlement is assigned to a specific license server system or to a specific FLEXenabled application’s machine. A fulfillment can be generated in FlexNet Operations in one of the following ways:
| • | Through the FlexNet Operations Producer Portal on behalf of an end user |
| • | Through the End-User Portal by an end user |
| • | Using the License Web service |
In addition, trusted activations can be performed programmatically.
