Uploading Synchronization History

Synchronization history can be manually uploaded by producers on the Producer Portal. You can upload synchronization history from the Offline Device Management page.

To upload synchronization history

1. On the Offline Device Management page, for Upload type, select Upload synchronization history.
2. Click Browse and locate the sync history (.xml, .bin, or .syncreq) files on your local system; up to 100 files per submission can be selected. (The exact controls vary depending on the browser you are using.)

Important:All files uploaded as part of one submission must be located on the same license server.

3. Click Upload. The sync history files are uploaded, device details are displayed, and a confirmation message is shown.
4. The application offers you a response file (sync acknowledgment) to download and process on your license server.
