Configuring End-User Portal Settings
A user must be assigned a role with the View and Manage Configurations permission to modify configuration settings for the End-User Portal through the Producer Portal.
Note:Before changing any configuration settings in a working FlexNet Operations instance, it is advisable to export the working configuration settings. If there is a problem with the new settings, you have a backup of working settings to restore.

Changing End-User Portal Settings
Follow the instructions, below, to change the settings that govern the appearance and behavior of your End-User Portal.
To configure the End-User Portal
1. | Click System > Configure. |
2. | Click End-User Portal Setup to open the configuration page for the End-User Portal. |
3. | Make any setting changes that suit your configuration needs. Consult the tables, below, for additional information about the settings in each section. |
4. | Click Save Configs to save changes. |
The Producer Portal saves your configuration changes.
These settings correspond to the General Options section of the End-User Portal Setup page in System > Configure.

Defines the role that a user must have to be considered an administrator. To specify multiple roles, separate the roles using a comma. If more than one role is specified, it is sufficient for a user to have one of the roles to be considered an administrator. This field must be populated if Show List All Administrators Link is selected. If Show List All Administrators Link is selected but no roles are specified, the Account Administrators list in the End-User Portal will be empty. |

Configure Portal Colors |

Click Open Configurator to show the Color Configurator panel. The Color Configurator allows you to set the colors to use in your End-User Portal pages for the following content:
Specify all colors using hexadecimal format. For example, #000000 for black, #ffffff for white, or #228B22 for forest green. Click Preview to show a sample of your color settings within the Color Configurator. Click Undo to revert any changes that have not yet been saved. Click Use Defaults to restore color settings to the FlexNet Operations default colors. Click Save to store your changes to these color settings. |
