About Agreements
In FlexNet Operations, producers can add agreements that can be tied to one or more download packages.
A click-through or end-user license agreement (EULA) commonly contains content supplied by your legal department. The license agreement is an optional attribute of a download package.
In the Producer Portal, producers add agreements by providing an agreement name and the content for the agreement text. (The agreement content can be plain text or HTML.) Then, the agreement can be linked to a download package on the Edit Download Package page.
When an agreement is connected to a download package, the End-User Portal prompts users to agree to the terms of that agreement before proceeding with the download.
Note:Once created, a license agreement cannot be deleted. To ensure an existing license agreement is not shown in the End-User Portal, you must remove any references to it in your download packages. (On the Search Download Packages page, you can search for download packages by their license agreement.)
