Verifying the Update

For registered devices, the update can be verified in the FlexNet Operations Producer Portal. (It is recommended that devices are registered before updates begin. Anonymous devices—devices that are not assigned to an account—should be registered using the /registrations REST API in the Notification Server.)

To verify the update

1.

In FlexNet Operations Producer Portal click Devices > Devices. The Producer Portal opens the Devices page.

In the Search field, enter your device name and click Search.

Tip:The Device name is typically the first Ethernet ID for the device making the request or the first custom Ethernet ID defined for the device.

The Producer Portal returns the result:

Hover over the Update Info hyperlink to see up to the last five activities for the device:
