Reviewing Fulfillment History after Activation
In this exercise, you review the fulfillment history of the PhotoPrint-cert entitlement.
To review the fulfillment history of the entitlement

1.

Click Entitlements > List Entitlements by Order. The List Entitlements by Order page appears. |

2.

In the Entitlements list, search for the PhotoPrint-cert product line item (the Entitlement ID is ENT-PhotoPrint-cert) and click the ENT-PhotoPrint-cert entitlement ID link. The Entitle Customers to Licenses page appears. |

Under Line Items, in the list on the Line Items tab, search for the PhotoPrint-cert line item whose history you want to review. |

4.
|
Click the Fulfill History link under the PhotoPrint-cert line item’s Activation ID. The Fulfillment History window opens for the line item. |
|
5.
|
Review the PhotoPrint-cert line item’s fulfillment history, noting that a count of 3 of the entitlement’s Total Quantity of 10 are activated, then click OK to close the window. |
