Before You Begin
The exercises in this section make use of the entities created as part of the exercises in Getting Started with Entitlement Management. This section lists the customer account, customer user, product, product line, and entitlements created in Getting Started with Entitlement Management. For Producer Portal users who have not yet created their own products and customer users, these items are necessary for the rest of the exercises in this section.

If these entities, such as the entitlement, ENT-PhotoPrint, do not yet exist in your FlexNet Operations instance, follow the exercises in the section Getting Started with Entitlement Management to create the necessary entities.
Important:If the customer user, Lisa Barry, already exists but is not associated with an email address you control, you must create another customer user in the Barry Photography Studio account with the Portal User role. Choose an email address you control for this new customer user so that you can use it to log in to the End-User Portal and see the downloads.
Later in this section, we create download packages and files to be the deliverables for the PhotoPrint product.
