Mapping a Product to a Product Line

In this exercise, you map product PhotoPrint to product line LargeFormat that you created in the previous exercise.

To map product PhotoPrint to product line LargeFormat

1.

Click Products > Products. The Package Products page appears.

Search for product PhotoPrint, which is listed as an uncategorized product because it is not mapped to a product line. Click the PhotoPrint link in the product table. The Package Products | Create A Product page appears with product PhotoPrint information.

Click Next four times to advance to the Package Products | Map Product To Product Line page for PhotoPrint.

Under Map Product To Product Line, do either of the following to specify the product line LargeFormat:

In the Product Line field, type LargeFormat.

Click the search icon next to the Product Line box. The Select Product Line For Product window opens. Search for and select product line LargeFormat, then click OK. The Select Product Line For Product window closes.

5.

On the Package Products page, click Save to map product PhotoPrint to product line LargeFormat. This message appears: PhotoPrint is successfully mapped to product line LargeFormat.
