Filtering Accounts Alerts

By default, the alerts list defaults to display all account types (watched and unwatched) by alert date and all alert types and directions of alert changes. To quickly reduce the size of the accounts list displayed on the accounts alerts page, filter it by account type, alert type and/or the direction the alert score changed.

To filter the Accounts Alerts list

1. On the Accounts Alerts page, hover the cursor over the filter icon to display the filter selection list. By default, the Accounts Alerts page is set to display the Renewal Health and Consumption scores for all accounts (whether they are on the watchlist or not) as well as the direction the score changed for the alert.
2. To change the default filter setting, do one of the following:
Select the Watched box to only view accounts on the Watchlist.
Unselect one of the Alert types, Renewal Health or Consumption. If both the Alert type boxes are unselected, a warning appears to remind you that at least one alert type must be selected.
Select either the Increased or Decreased direction of the alert score. Both directions unselected is the same as both directions selected.
3. Click Apply to filter the accounts according to your selections.

The number in the red bubble indicates how many filters are active.

You can also search a filtered account list. Use the drop-down list to narrow your search to Account name or Account ID.
