Filtering the Account List

By default, the account list defaults to display all account types (watched and unwatched) by Account health score and all health statuses. To quickly reduce the size of the accounts list displayed on the accounts Health page, filter it by type, score, and health status.

To filter the accounts list

1. On the Accounts Health page, hover the cursor over the filter icon to display the filter selection list. By default, the Accounts Health page is set to display the Account Health score with all statuses.
2. To change the default filter setting, do one of the following:
Select the Watched box to only view accounts on the Watchlist.
Unselect the Account Health and select either the Renewal Health or Consumption scores.

Note:At least one of the scores must be selected: Account Health, Renewal Health, or Consumption. Only one score can be selected at a time; the other scores are inactive. To change scores, unselect the active one to make them all active before selecting the score to be filtered on.

Unselect one or more of the statuses. All statuses unselected is the same as all statuses selected.
3. Click Apply to filter the accounts according to your selections.

The number in the red bubble indicates how many filters are active.

You can also search a filtered account list. Use the drop-down list to narrow your search to Account name or Account ID.
