Account Alerts
On the Account <account name> page, click on the Alerts tab to see the alerts for an account.
The list contains the following information:

Alert |
The type of alert generated. One of the following:

Score |
The score at the time of the alert. The score also includes an arrow to show if the alert level was raised or lowered. |

Date |
The date the alert was generated. |

Alert age |
The age of the alert in days. Maximum days: 30. By default, the list is sorted by the alert age. |
Note:You can sort the list by either Alert or Alert age.
To filter the alerts list
1. | On the Alerts tab, hover the cursor over the filter icon to display the filter selection list. By default, the Alerts page is set to display both the Renewal Health and Consumption score. If the page was loaded by clicking on an account from the Customer Growth Dashboard, it automatically filters the list based on the selected alert. |
2. | To change the default filter setting, unselect one of the Alert types and/or select either the Raised or Lowered direction. If all Alert type boxes are unselected, a warning appears to remind you that at least one alert type must be selected. Both directions unselected is the same as both directions selected. |
3. | Click Apply to filter the alert types according to your selections. |
The number in the red bubble indicates how many filters are active.
